• It’s a good infographic. The truth is I scanned it for what jumped out as key ideas. In particular liked the targeted distribution ideas.

Why are so many infographics long? I go to look at so many and often while the content is valuable, for me, I’d like it more concise. Like many whiteboard video animations which tend to get right to the point.

    • Thank you for your comment Patricia!

The size of infographics depends on the amount of information covered. Illustrations and graphs can sometimes end up occupying a lot of space.

  • Interesting infographic that I’d seen on Pinterest earlier 🙂 Quick and easy to implement, too ! Most bloggers struggle at some point to bring in new quality readers.

Thanks Mitt..great insightful read. I am a book marketer and content creation and distribution is a key part of what I teach authors. I see you leverage upon your networking by mentioning/tagging/hashtagging and such to rope in active social media influencers to spread your content around. Great tactic!

    • You’re welcome Hersh!

  • Awesome infographic. I especially liked the idea of ‘milking older content’. I have written a lot of blogs in the past, which have still not got the visibility it deserves. I think I’m going to to back in time on my wordpress backend and start reposting and giving visibility to my older stuff.

Thanks a ton! Great blog here.. I’ll keep coming back for more.

  • These are some GREAT tips. Some of which I follow on a regular basis; others I attempt to follow. If you have a good topic, and you follow those tips, I think you are just about Guaranteed to do well, as long as your content isn’t crappy, lol.

I quickly noted that; if you LOVE tweaking your site, do it.. Ha.. Just realize it’s not directly related to your bottom line; that’s my only point. Personally, I hate it; I’m not a designer, coder or anything like that. I’m a blogger girl.. but more power to you if you like that kind of thing, you rock!

But yeah, I haven’t heard these tips before, but that’s something I’m now going to do every day. I think you hit the nail on the head with you points in this post. I completely agree with everything you said!
